All other times, and the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day - are considered after hours.  Although there is never any additional fee for members, it is kindly requested that after-hour calls and requests are limited to urgent matters only. Home visit fees are doubled after-hours, and availability may be limited.

Members  are free to contact Dr. Stef any time by whatever method they prefer: email, text, voice call or Face Time.  Once registered in the system, members can also send secure messages to Dr. Stef through the patient portal, which communicates directly with their personal Electronic Health Record.  The portal should be used in lieu of email or text whenever sharing any sensitive or detailed medical information, as this is the only secure and HIPAA-approved  method of communication.  From the patient portal members can also review their child's medical record including visit summaries, treatment plans, immunization records, growth charts, medications prescribed (past & current), allergies, appointments (past & future), billing statements, etc. , at any time.

Preferred hours are:

Monday - Thursday 7am - 7pm

Friday 7am - 5pm

Saturday & Sunday 9am - 5pm
